The Story
Casa Vostra was born from a simple frustration: why does good Italian food in Singapore have to cost a fortune? The answer, we found, was that it doesn’t — if you’re willing to rethink the model from the ground up.
Everything at Casa Vostra is made in-house. The dough is hand-fermented over 72 hours. The sauces are built from scratch daily. The pasta is rolled, cut, and shaped by hand. There are no shortcuts, but there are also no unnecessary overheads — no sommelier theatrics, no white tablecloths, no $25 supplements. Just exceptionally well-made Italian food at prices that feel fair.
