Do the work
you’ll be known for.
Build your career across hospitality, operations and software.

Life at Mission.
Food and hospitality is one of the most human industries there is: the work is done by people, for people, every night. Here it comes with the room to grow.
-
One employer, many careers.
A MICHELIN-starred dining room, a century-old kopitiam, a tapas bar, a neighbourhood Italian, a wine importer and a software company, in one group. Move between concepts and functions without changing employers.
-
The ladder is real.
The group is opening rooms. Every opening needs a head chef, a manager and a floor team, so progression here is arithmetic, not a promise.
-
Tools built by colleagues.
The software our venues run on is built inside the group, by engineers who eat in them. What you tell them changes the product.
-
One standard, very different rooms.
From a tasting menu to a kopi and a bun, the format changes and the standard doesn’t.
-
For engineers and designers.
Real users in the building. Ship on Monday and watch a sommelier use it that week. A small team, with the founders in the room.
Open roles.
Fast trackExceptional talent.
We hire exceptional people before we have a role for them. A chef who lives for R&D, an operator who fixes what nobody asked them to, an engineer who ships. Tell us what you are exceptional at; we will find where it counts, anywhere in the group.Mission Hospitality

Mission Systems
-
Forward-Deployed AI Engineer
SingaporeMission Systems is the software company inside Mission Group. We build the autonomous operating layer for real-world operations, starting with food and beverage: recipes, procurement, wine, loyalty and day-to-day operations, all feeding one shared model of the business. Every product is proven on the group’s own floors before anyone else uses it, and then it goes out to operators beyond the group.
Most engineers never meet the people who use what they build. You will spend your weeks with them. As a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer you sit between the floor and the codebase: in the kitchen at prep, at the bar before service, in the back office at month-end. You find the work that should not need a person, and you build the agents that take it off their hands.
Our wine platform went live at temper. and was trained on the floor, by the sommeliers who use it; it is now rolling out to Willow. That is the loop you will run, again and again: watch the work, ship on Monday, see a sommelier, a chef or an ops lead use it that week, and change it on Friday because of what they told you.
What you’ll do
- Embed with venue and HQ teams across the group’s restaurants, bars and offices to understand how the work actually gets done
- Turn what you see into working software: agents, integrations and automations that remove manual work from service, procurement, inventory and back-office operations
- Take features from first conversation to production, owning the build, the rollout and the training on the floor
- Connect our products to the systems operators already run — point of sale, suppliers, accounting, messaging — and make the data trustworthy enough for agents to act on
- Design how agents and people share the work: what an agent does on its own, what it asks a person about, and how anyone can see why it did what it did
- Bring what you learn on the floor back to the product team, so the next operator gets it out of the box
- As we take the platform to operators beyond the group, lead deployments at their venues with the same hands-on approach
Who we’re looking for
- You have shipped production software that real people depend on, and you care as much about whether it is used as whether it works
- You have built with large language models beyond a demo: tool use, retrieval, evaluation, and the unglamorous work of making outputs reliable
- You are comfortable across the stack, from data models and integrations to the interface a busy person sees mid-service
- You can sit with a head chef or a finance lead, understand their problem in their words, and explain your solution in plain language
- You move fast without leaving a mess, and you know when a spreadsheet and a conversation beat a new feature
- You are happy to be on your feet in a kitchen at 10am and in the code at 3pm
- Experience in hospitality, retail or other operations-heavy industries is a plus, not a requirement
-
Engineer, Agent Infrastructure
SingaporeMission Systems is the software company inside Mission Group. We build the autonomous operating layer for real-world operations, starting with food and beverage: recipes, procurement, wine, loyalty and day-to-day operations, all feeding one shared model of the business. Every product is proven on the group’s own floors before anyone else uses it, and then it goes out to operators beyond the group.
Agents that place orders, reconcile invoices and answer an operator’s questions are only as good as the ground they stand on. As an Engineer on Agent Infrastructure, you build that ground: the runtime, tools, memory, permissions and evaluation that let every agent in our products act safely on a live business, and let every engineer here ship a new one quickly.
This is foundational work with real users in the building. When your infrastructure holds, a sommelier’s stock count is right, a supplier order goes out on time, and a manager gets an answer instead of a spreadsheet. You will work directly with the founders, and the decisions you make now will shape the platform for years.
What you’ll do
- Design and build the platform our agents run on: orchestration, tool calling, long-running and scheduled tasks, retries and human hand-offs
- Build the shared model of the business that every agent reads from and writes to, with the permissions and audit trail a real company needs
- Create the evaluation and observability that tell us, before an operator does, when an agent is wrong, slow or expensive
- Make it easy and safe for product engineers to give agents new tools, connect new data sources and ship new workflows
- Own reliability, latency and cost across model providers, and keep us free to adopt better models as they arrive
- Set the engineering standards for the agent platform, and help hire the people who will build it with you
Who we’re looking for
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building backend systems or platforms that other engineers build on
- Hands-on experience running language-model-powered systems in production, including evaluation, tool use and failure handling
- Sound judgement on distributed systems, data modelling, queues and long-running workflows
- A security- and permissions-first mindset: you think about what an agent should not be able to do as much as what it can
- You enjoy making other engineers faster, and you write the documentation and tooling that make that happen
- You want to see your work used by real people, in real businesses, the week you ship it
