The Story
Willow is the most personal expression of Mission Group’s hospitality philosophy. It is a restaurant built around the belief that fine dining should feel intimate, not intimidating — precise, but never cold.
The cuisine is contemporary pan-Asian with a foundation in Japanese technique. Every dish reflects a deep attention to provenance, seasonality, and the subtle art of restraint. The menu changes with the seasons, but the commitment to clarity of flavour remains constant. There is nothing on the plate that doesn’t need to be there.
In 2024, Willow was awarded one Michelin star — recognition not of ambition, but of consistency. Night after night, the same level of care. That’s what a star means to us.
